1. Our Responsibility for Your Privacy
When you contact us through h2mhotels.com, you should be able to understand what information we use, why we use it and how to exercise your rights. This policy covers corporate website visits and business or service enquiries.
FAEY Teknoloji ve Danışmanlık Ltd. Şti. is the controller for these activities. Our responsibility is to process personal data lawfully, for defined purposes and only to the extent necessary, protect it and respond to requests concerning your rights. Using a service provider does not remove that responsibility.
This policy does not replace separate notices for customer cloud environments, hotel guest and reservation records or employment processes. A brand name alone does not create a separate controller.
2. What Information Do We Use, and Why?
This corporate information website has no data-entry form. If you use an email or telephone link to contact the Company, your name, company, contact details and enquiry content may be processed. Website access may generate infrastructure records containing IP addresses and connection, device or browser information.
For business and service enquiries, we use your information to understand your needs, contact you and handle the quotation or service process. Other business correspondence is used to answer your question. Technical connection records support website delivery, error investigation and abuse prevention. These are distinct purposes; the information needed and legal ground must be assessed for each.
Optional analytics, advertising and marketing tracking are not enabled on the website. A visit or enquiry is not marketing permission. A new processing purpose requires its own information and applicable legal ground. The Personal Data Notice explains data categories, purposes and legal grounds together.
3. Who Receives Your Information?
The corporate website is delivered on Hostinger hosting infrastructure. Connection and technical traffic information may be processed by network providers to the extent used. Email or telephone enquiries are processed through the Company’s communication service providers and by authorised personnel assessing the request. Only information necessary for the applicable legal duty or request may be disclosed to competent authorities or courts.
International transfers require an applicable legal ground and satisfaction of the conditions under Article 9 and relevant secondary legislation.
Disclosures to service providers must be limited to the relevant service and satisfy applicable legal conditions. Meeting the requirements for transfers involving overseas infrastructure is also our responsibility as controller.
External map or social media links open at your choice. The external provider’s processing practices may apply when you leave the website. Our responsibilities for this website and the external service’s responsibilities are assessed separately.
4. Protecting and Retaining Information
We are responsible for taking the necessary technical and organisational measures to prevent unlawful processing and unauthorised access and safeguard personal data. HTTPS protects the connection between your browser and the website. Connection encryption alone does not guarantee the security of every environment where records are stored.
Retention must be justified by the enquiry or service purpose, applicable legal retention obligations and the time needed to establish, exercise or protect a right. One period does not apply to every data category. When the grounds for processing cease, the obligation to erase, destroy or anonymise the information rests with us.
Report a suspected security issue or inaccurate information to kvkk@faeyconsulting.com. In a personal data breach, we are also responsible for the notifications to the Authority and affected individuals required by law.
5. Your Rights and Our Responsibility to Respond
You may ask whether we process your data, why we use it and who receives it, and request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information. Where legal conditions are met, you may request erasure or destruction and notification of these actions to recipients. You also have rights to object to an adverse outcome resulting exclusively from automated analysis and seek compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
We respond to a duly submitted request as soon as possible according to its nature and within 30 days at the latest. If we reject a request, we explain the reason. The Personal Data Notice sets out application methods, identity verification conditions and the route for complaints to the Authority.
